Espronceda Law’s History:

Jennifer Espronceda is a passionate and dedicated family lawyer who has spent her career advocating for families in need. She is a lifelong resident of San Antonio, Texas, with deep roots in South Texas and Mexico. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, and her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she developed a commitment to using her legal knowledge to make a difference in people’s lives. She began her career at a global law firm before founding Espronceda Law in 2011.

In addition to her work as a civil trial attorney, Jennifer, also worked as a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Texas San Antonio for six years, training future lawyers in the University’s lauded Summer Law School Preparation Academy. Despite her busy schedule, Jennifer has remained committed to mentoring students and hosts accredited internships at her law office through UTSA.

Jennifer is on the board of the National Domestic Violence Hotline, where she brings her firsthand experience guiding clients through the legal system in family law matters. She believes that every family deserves quality legal representation, and she works tirelessly to ensure that her clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Andrew J. Espronceda

Data Specialist 

Andrew Jacob Espronceda joined our team in 2023 as a Data Specialist. Andrew holds a B.B.A. degree in Cyber Security from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is adept in Japanese.

Before joining Espronceda Law, Andrew served as the head of internal security at a renowned national Cyber Security and IT consulting firm, where his duties focused on safeguarding digital assets and managing complex technological environments.

Mark A. Cevallos

Attorney, Of Counsel

Mark A. Cevallos is a highly accomplished attorney with deep roots in San Antonio. Born and raised in this vibrant city, Mark possesses a genuine understanding of the local community and its legal landscape.

In 1999, Mark obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wabash College, setting the foundation for a successful legal career. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2002, solidifying his commitment to the pursuit of justice.

Licensed in the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Mark has honed his expertise across a wide spectrum of practice areas. Throughout his career, Mark has litigated more than 30 jury trials ranging from traffic tickets to Federal wire fraud.

Mark’s diverse trial experience includes cases involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, defamation, deceptive trade practices, premises liability, business disputes, real estate matters, contract disputes, and custody disputes.

Mia Lynn

Legal Assistant

Mia Lynn joined Espronceda Law as a legal assistant in 2024. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and a Certificate in Legal Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio. During her senior semester, Mia interned at Espronceda Law, gaining valuable experience that led to her current position. Additionally, she has interned at various legal nonprofits specializing in immigration and employment law. Mia recently completed her LSAT and is aspiring to attend law school, continuing her dedication to the field of family law while working at Espronceda Law during the application process.
